1. Kimchi Rice : use kimchi instead of veggies to prepare fried rice)
2. Egg Stuffed Tomatoes : scoop out the inners of a tomato. Sprinkle salt inside, add a little butter, break an egg inside, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg C for 30 mins
