Orange Rosogolla / Rasagulla stuffed with candied lemon peel

I had some milk which was close to expiring. So decided to make Orange flavoured rosogolla / rasagullas . I took the basic recipe of rasagulla . Improvised it. 

All I have done is add saffron to the syrup to get the yellow colour. Added orange essence to the chenna and syrup to get a light flavour of orange. Stuffed two small pieces of candied peel since I had them in hand. 

Attaching the basic recipe I follow from Manjulas kitchen. Her recipes are very doable and her explanations are very easy to follow.

Egg stuffed Tomato

Feeling very pleased with myself.....
1.  Kimchi Rice :  use kimchi instead of veggies to prepare fried rice) 

2. Egg Stuffed Tomatoes :  scoop out the inners of a tomato. Sprinkle salt inside, add a little butter, break an egg inside, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 deg C for 30 mins  
3. asparagus tossed in garlic and black pepper...
